On January 21, 2017, we joined over 400,000 people in the Women’s March on Washington. The march in Washington just one of 673 marches that took place worldwide to protest against the hateful and misogynistic rhetoric of the Trump administration. Board members, community leaders, and members joined the movement not just to protect women’s rights, but to fight for immigration reform, healthcare reform, reproductive rights, the natural environment, LGBTQ rights, racial equality, freedom of religion, and workers’ rights.
